Home Staging for Sale
Do It Yourself Consultation: #1 $100*
VHS conducts a 2 hour examination of the exterior and interior of the home. Verbal suggestions are given on all ways to better prepare the house for sale. Clients choose to implement suggestions themselves.
Do It Yourself Consultation: # 2 $175
VHS, as above, conducts a 2 hour review of the total property. A more detailed written report is provided. Client chooses to make the changes, after which VHS follows-up to evaluate results and add any new ideas. Client also receives a list of how best to prepare for buyer appointments.
Hands on Consultation: #3 $175 & hr. rate of $35 to implement
This VHS plan entails the exact same elements of plan #2. But for clients who want VHS to implement the accepted staging suggestions, the hourly rate of $35 will apply. If an assistant is needed for moving furniture or re-hanging war decor, this additional worker is $15 an hour.
Vacant Home Plan $300 plus hourly rate of $35
After a walk through, a written plan will be developed for furnishing the home, including rental costs. For furniture and accessories, VHS has deals with rental companies and antique stores as well as owning many props. Once the plan is accepted, VHS will decorate the home for $35 hourly rate plus that of an assistant for $15 when needed.
Prices for Home Redesign
For home redesign VHS uses your own possessions to re-create a more inviting, comfortable home with a stamp of uniqueness and flair.

VHS conducts a two hour exterior and interior tour examining what the owner would like to accomplish with their space. Verbal suggestions will be given on how to achieve the client’s goal which they choose to implement themselves.
Do It Yourself Consultation: # 2 $175
As above, VHS examines the interior and exterior of the home. A written report will detail improvements. After the client makes the suggested changes, a follow-up visit with the owner will evaluate the impact and add any new creative ideas. Photographs will show the before and after.
Hands on Consultation: #3 $175 plus hourly rate of $35
This plan entails the same elements of plan #2, including the written proposal. But for clients who don’t want to do the work themselves, VHS will implement the accepted suggestions for the hourly rate of $35. If an assistant is needed, this additional rate is $15-$25, depending on the necessary service.
Staging and redesign suggestions may include painting, tree trimming, repair work, and other services. VHS has relationships with excellent and inexpensive service suppliers. If clients want to avail themselves of any of these licensed professionals, VHS can act as the general contractor. This would involve getting estimates, scheduling, and overseeing all work at Vicki’s hourly $35 rate.
Prices for Organizing
Organizing $35 an hour
VHS reorganizes whatever the client wishes: kitchen cabinets, book cases, offices, closets, drawers, CD and video collections, attic, basement, exterior storage and overall rooms. The goal is to eliminate what’s unnecessary, to create order and easier access, add more space and create some flair.
Prices for Home Exteriors
Exterior Home Consultation: 1 hour $50
Vicki, walking the exterior of your home, will give you inexpensive ideas of how to make the outside closer to what you wish it could be. If you want Vicki to do the work, the hourly charge is $35.
